I-Dance is a no cost multi-style dance program aimed at improving body movement and flexibility, rhythm, spatial and body awareness, muscle tone, balance and coordination,
self expression, and social connectivity. Peer buddies will provide one on one assistance to
all of the participants to ensure the best possible experience.
